Blue Homes was founded in 1998 by Nick Phelps and Nick Macdonald-Buchanan.

We are a small highly personalised business based in Bournemouth building a small amount of high quality homes every year across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.

We build starter homes to luxury housing and apartments and take enormous pride in every aspect of what we do.

Every project is very carefully designed to blend in and feel harmonious in its setting It is important to us that our buildings still look good many years later – this can only be accomplished by using high quality architects, designers and technicians from the outset.

We also spend a lot of time thinking from the ‘inside out’ , planning interior layouts which are pragmatic and work easily for today’s busy lifestyles. Materials and finishes are carefully chosen to be of high quality and long lasting.
